Desktop Icon Settings (How to Display Desktop Icons in Windows 10)

Right click on the desktop and select Personalize

On the left hand side click on "Themes" and on the right hand side scroll down to "Related Settings" and click on "Desktop Icon Settings"

Check the items you want to be displayed on the desktop
